The hottest tandem of teen stars, Oyo Boy Sotto and Nadine Samonte, graces anew the newest tele-fantasy series, "Leya, Ang Pinakamagandang Babae sa Ilalim ng Lupa" slated to premiere today on GMA 7 at 2:30 pm.
Produced by TAPE, Inc., dubbed as the master of daytime drama series, Oyo and Nadine's tandem first kicked-off in the youth love story, "Ikaw Sa Puso Ko" that lasted for six months on air. The program immensely enjoyed high ratings on its timeslot prompting the partnership of Oyo and Nadine created waves thus, prompting the producers to create another drama opus with a unique touch.
Thus, "Leya" was born that dwells on the relationship of two individuals from two different worlds. Oyo plays the mortal Emman while Nadine plays a dwarf named Leya.
Leya and Emman fall for each other against the will of the underground characters that surround and protect Leya and of course, the normal people that enclose Emman's world. Will their love prosper and will they live happily after?
"Leya" is the third fantasy series that is being introduced to the televiewers starting today. With millions of pesos being spent for the costumes, sets, production designs and special effects, it is expected to receive favorable response from the audience.
Aside from "Leya," the televiewers will also get to know the various underground characters that they will either love or hate.
